Findex is seeking a proactive Client Services Officer to join the Canberra Accounting & Tax team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, managing calls, coordinating appointments and supporting tax-related tasks in a hands-on, on-site environment.
The position is full time and based in the office, with some ad-hoc reception duties. The successful candidate will liaise with advisors and team members to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery of client outcomes.
