John Hughes Service Centre Rockingham is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team.
As John Hughes continues to expand our presence in the Rockingham region, we’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor with John Hughes, you will be the key link between our customers and our workshop team. You will manage your own daily workload, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure every customer enjoys a premium service experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
You will be organised, proactive, and committed to achieving outstanding Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results while working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A skilled presentation and positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound automotive knowledge and the ability to explain technical information in a customer‑friendly manner
