Working closely with the Farm Manager, you’ll oversee and mentor a dedicated team across various farm duties, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and farming practices are maintained. You’ll enjoy a 10‑day fortnight schedule, providing a balanced work‑life rhythm.
What you’ll do
- Leading, supervising, and mentoring a team.
- Organising daily work schedules.
- Ensuring high standards of animal welfare for maximum production efficiency.

- Adhering to GMP & HACCP protocols.
