About this role

Based at our Braddon site, you will work with participants in the Workforce Australia program to assist them in overcoming barriers to employment and successfully transitioning into the workforce. You will manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers and help secure sustainable employment outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers.
- Actively engage with ‘work ready’ job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, including reverse marketing to employers.
- Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from becoming job‑ready.
- Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.
- Apply robust problem‑solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and trustworthy self‑starter who thrives on achieving meaningful results and problem solving.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever‑changing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targets.
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
