About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Educator to join our team on a part-time basis. Our centre operates from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

As a Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead your room team in delivering engaging, high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF.

- Plan, document, and reflect on each child’s unique learning journey.

- Mentor and support your room’s Educators and assistants to ensure a cohesive team environment.

- Act as the primary contact for families, conducting orientations and daily handovers.

- Maintain a beautifully organised, safe, and stimulating learning environment that reflects our high standards.

You’ll Need

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

- Relevant prior experience in an early childhood setting

- First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement)

- Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card)

- Completed Child Protection training

- Availability to work 5 days a week across all centre hours, including open, close, and lunch coverage
