About the Role

Transpire Group is seeking a reliable and motivated General Construction Site Labourer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a variety of construction tasks under the direction of the Site Supervisor.

Commercial construction experience is preferred, and applicants with general carpentry skills will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- General site labouring duties across a range of construction projects.
- Basic carpentry and construction tasks where applicable.
- Site setup, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Manual handling and operation of basic construction tools and equipment.
- Following all workplace health and safety requirements.
- Completing wide-ranging tasks as directed by the Site Supervisor.





About You

- Previous commercial construction experience (preferred).
- General carpentry skills highly desirable.
- White Card (essential).
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused.
