About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and confidentClinical Coordinatorto provide clinical leadership and support within our residential aged care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior nurse who is passionate about quality care, teamwork, and resident wellbeing.

Location:

Located on the beautiful Capricorn Coast close to Rockhampton and Yeppoon, Bolton Clarke’s Sunset Ridge provides high-quality aged care in a friendly, secure and comfortable environment.

Keyaccountabilities:

- Provide clinical leadership and supervision of care teams including Nurses, Personal Carers & Allied Health staff
- Develop care plans in consultation with the resident, family/carer and other members of the care team
- Promote a culture of service delivery that aims to improve the lifestyle experiences of residents
- Maintain an information system that supports and enhances the provision ofaccuratedocumentation

To be successful, you will have

Current Division 1 Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA

Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Registered Nurse

Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, accreditation and ACFI

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff

Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to qualified growth

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)





Complete a police checkand or a NDIS Workers Check(or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
