About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Operations & Maintenance Electrician to join our team on-site at a fully operational solar farm in Goondiwindi, Queensland.

Working as part of the O&M; team, you will support site performance, minimise downtime, and ensure all activities are carried out in line with safety and regulatory standards.

Hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 10 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, repair, replacement, and servicing of site systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and respond promptly to faults and outages
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of all electrical work
- Carry out scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance
- Conduct electrical testing and related diagnostics




- Ensure all activities comply with site procedures, safety standards, and local regulations

About You

- Must be safety-conscious, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively on large-scale projects with strong safety standards and protocols.
- Current Electrical Licence, Driver’s Licence, White Card, and LVR/CPR Certification
- Physically fit and able to work in a site-based setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing, and participate in ongoing site testing
