The Role…

In this exciting role, reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and supporting daily warehouse and operational activities.
- Coordinating workflow to ensure productivity targets and customer requirements are achieved.
- Managing stock control processes and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operating forklifts and assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
- Monitoring team performance, attendance, and operational KPIs.
- Maintaining high housekeeping, safety,



and compliance standards while supporting equipment uptime through inspections and maintenance reporting.

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Have previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand, or Supervisory role within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
- Hold a current Forklift Licence.
- Have strong stock control and inventory management experience.
- Have excellent communication and people leadership skills.
- Have a mechanical background or be mechanically minded (highly desirable).
- Have a strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Be reliable, proactive, and committed to achieving operational outcomes.
