West HQ is seeking an experienced Network &Infrastructure; Engineer to architect, maintain, andenhance our missioncritical ICT environment. This role is hands on,highly technical, and central to the stability, security, andperformance of our infrastructure.

You'll lead networking, server management, cloud services,security, and incident response across a highavailability,multivenue environment. If you thrive solving complex engineeringchallenges and improving infrastructure environments endtoend, wewant to hear from you.

About the role:

- Design, support, and optimise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN,WiFi, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls).
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy,virtualisation, and storage systems.
- Lead P1/P2 incident response and provide Level 3 engineeringsupport.
- Manage patching, lifecycle upgrades, and infrastructureimprovements.
- Maintain network and systems security, including vulnerabilityremediation.
- Deliver infrastructure projects from design throughimplementation.
- Work with vendors, carriers,



and MSPs on complex technicalresolutions.

About You:

- 5+ years in Network Engineering or Infrastructure Engineeringroles.
- Advanced networking experience (Cisco/Meraki/Aruba orequivalent).
- Strong background in AD, Windows Server, virtualisation, andbackup platforms.
- Proven experience leading major incidents.
- Excellent diagnostic, documentation, and communicationabilities.
- Certifications (CCNA/CCNP/AZ104/MS500) are highlyregarded.
- Certifications in a project management methodology i.e. Agile,PMP, PMBoK, Prince2.
