The Development & Origination Analyst at UKO supports the day to day execution of commercial, feasibility, and business development activities across both BTR and Co-Living asset classes. The role works closely with development, operations, finance, and executive teams to prepare accurate analysis, maintain reporting and feasibility models, coordinate submissions, and ensure key deliverables are completed on time across a growing real estate platform.

You are responsible for preparing and updating operational feasibilities, maintaining revenue and cost assumptions, updating leasing and occupancy data, and supporting underwriting analysis for new developments, acquisitions, and management opportunities. The role also prepares sales proposals, investor presentations, commercial submissions, and supporting documentation required for meetings, transactions, and new business opportunities.

The role acts as the lead coordinator for 3rd party management services RFP responses, coordinating inputs across operations, finance, marketing, and development teams to prepare complete and accurate submissions within required deadlines. This includes preparing financial models, formatting presentations, compiling supporting documents, tracking deliverables, managing follow ups, and ensuring all information aligns with UKO’s operating model and hospitality driven approach to BTR and Co-Living operations.

You are also responsible for maintaining market intelligence across the BTR and Co-Living sectors, including rental performance tracking, competitor analysis, supply pipeline monitoring, and broader property market research. In a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment, the role requires strong attention to detail, organisation, follow through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while producing accurate and commercially relevant work.

Prepare and maintain operational feasibilities across BTR and Co-Living assets, ensuring assumptions, revenue modelling, and costs are accurate and up to date -

ensuring submissions are accurate, professionally presented, and delivered within required deadlines.

Prepare proposals and investor support material for new business opportunities.

Conduct property market research and competitor analysis across the BTR and Co Living sectors, including rental trends, occupancy performance, and new supply tracking.

Maintain the deal tracking platform (monday.com) up-to-date and follow up actions across active opportunities, ensuring all business opportunities are actively chased.

Ensure internal databases, feasibility templates, market intelligence, and commercial documentation remain organised, accurate, and current.

Support the broader development and operations teams with day to day commercial analysis, research, and administrative coordination required to progress projects and opportunities efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings experience across the living sector, ideally within BTR, Co-Living, PBSA, hotels, valuation, or residential real estate, with strong exposure to financial modelling, operational feasibilities, and asset analysis. You have a solid grounding in property finance or valuation and understand the commercial drivers behind asset performance, leasing, occupancy, and net operating income.

You are highly organised, detail oriented, and execution focused, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver accurate work within tight deadlines. You are comfortable working across financial models, market research, RFP submissions, sales proposals, and reporting, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and presentation.

You are hands on, proactive, and reliable,



with a strong ability to follow through and ensure deliverables are completed properly and on time. You work well with different teams across operations, finance, and development, coordinating information efficiently and supporting the business in a practical and commercially minded way.

You bring strong Excel and analytical capabilities, clear written communication skills, and an interest in the evolving BTR and Co Living sectors. Experience preparing opeartional feasibilities, valuation models, investment analysis, or management submissions within a real estate environment will be highly regarded.

Experience & Qualifications

Degree in Property Economics, Finance, Commerce, Real Estate, or related discipline.

2 to 5+ years experience in property finance, valuation, development analysis, investment analysis, or real estate advisory.

Strong Excel and financial modelling capabilities, including operational feasibilities.

Experience within BTR, Co Living, PBSA, hotels, or residential real estate platforms is highly regarded.
