Centrecare is seeking a Youth Worker for a full-time role in Gosnells, WA. You will provide intake, assessment and ongoing support to at-risk young people and their families as part of the BeyondYJS program.
The role requires outreach in the community and in custody, with a focus on diverting youth from the criminal justice system and enhancing emotional wellbeing. Solid communication and cultural capability are essential, as well as relevant licences.
