As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded, digitally savvy Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth across our portfolio of brands. This is a rare opportunity to work across multiple brands, products and customer segments, leading integrated marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, generate demand and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives across the full marketing mix, with a strong focus on digital performance including social media. This is a broad, generalist role where you'll lead end-to-end marketing initiatives spanning brand, digital, content, campaigns, events and lead generation.

With a focus on digital channels, you'll bring strong practical experience across SEO, SEM, paid and organic social, websites, marketing automation and analytics. While you'll work alongside digital specialists, you'll also be confident rolling up your sleeves and executing campaigns when needed.

As a key member of our marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Development and Executive stakeholders to bring our brands to life, generate demand and drive measurable business growth across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that support acquisition and retention goals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of PPC, SEO,



paid social and analytics platforms, providing hands-on support and digital campaign coverage when required. Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Create, manage and optimise social media and content across multiple brands to build awareness, engage customers and support commercial outcomes.
- Support channel partner and reseller marketing programs.
- Coordinate events, sponsorships, and trade activities.
- Monitor analytics, campaign performance, and ROI reporting.
- Manage agency and supplier relationships where required.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment with internal stakeholders.

This role is hybrid, based in Sydney, Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're both strategic and hands-on. You're confident owning a broad marketing remit and enjoy switching between high-level planning and practical execution. You have extensive experiencing developing and delivering digital campaigns.

You will bring:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist or digital marketing position.
- Proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing capability (SEO, SEM, social, email, analytics) with demonstrated experience managing and executing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in B2B, B2C, tech, or telecommunications (highly desirable).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, proactive, and commercial mindset.

Salary range between $100,000 and $120,000 + Super, commensurate with experience
