Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor polystyrene manufacturing machines.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications and production targets.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any faults.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with general production duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating manufacturing or production machinery (experience with polystyrene equipment is an advantage).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.
