About the Role
Working closely with senior Agents, you will provide analytical, research and transactional support across a range of industrial sales and leasing campaigns. This role will expose you to every stage of the deal process, providing valuable insight into the commercial property market while developing the technical and commercial skills required to become a successful agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyse industrial property data
- Prepare client reports, submissions and property recommendations
- Assist with appraisals, financial modelling and property analysis
- Support sales and leasing campaigns from listing through to settlement
- Maintain CRM systems and client databases
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and property documentation
- Monitor market trends, transactions and industry activity
- Support senior agents with day-to-day transaction management
About You
- Highly regarded: Recently completed or currently completing a degree in Property Economics, Property Studies, Commerce, Business or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambitious, driven and eager to build a career in commercial property
- Professional, confident and willing to learn
- Interest in commercial real estate markets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
Previous commercial property experience is not essential. Attitude, drive and a genuine interest in the industry are far more important.
