Job Title: Gaming Attendant & General Pick Up (GPU)

Type: Part‑Time (Full availability required)

Hours & Availability (non‑negotiable)

Must be fully available for rostered shifts across all days, including late/overnight and early morning shifts.

Gaming floor operates 10:00 AM–4:00 AM daily; club opens at 9:00 AM. Applicants will preferably have no recurring commitments that restrict attendance.

The Role

We are seeking energetic Gaming Attendants/General Pick Up (GPU) to keep our gaming floor welcoming, clean and operating smoothly. This frontline, hands‑on role combines customer service with operational duties. Ideal for hospitality career builders.





Key Responsibilities

Provide polished, friendly and compliant service in a premium club setting.

Deliver snacks/beverages and perform GPU duties (cleaning machines, tables, ashtrays, patrolling zones).

Keep the floor buzzing — top up supplies and maintain presentation.

Maintain presentation, hygiene and safety standards.

Comply with Club policies and regulatory requirements (RSA, RCG, WHS).

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

Positive attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic.

Essential Qualifications

Current RSA and RCG competency cards (or willingness to obtain immediately).
