Seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a full-time Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations on our construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate construction activities to meet project timelines and milestones

Monitor and oversee the work of subcontractors, tradespeople and labourers to ensure compliance with safety, quality and productivity standards

Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to the project management team

Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that could impact the project schedule

Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address queries and concerns

Ensure all construction work is carried out in accordance with relevant building codes, regulations and company policies

Actively participate in the site's safety program and promote a positive safety culture

Manage site administration, including timesheets, materials ordering and equipment maintenance

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Construction Site Manager





Proven track record of successfully managing commercial or industrial construction projects (defence experience valued, but not essential)

Excellent understanding of construction methods, building codes and workplace health and safety regulations

Robust leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications and drawings

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or higher) preferred
