The Role:
You will be responsible for managing,
maintaining and improving the performance from network sales / channel partner groups, including the following:
- Continue to nurture relationships that are in place, and establish new target markets to grow the network of referring partners
- Set and monitor sales targets
- Contract management on all pending sales from holding deposit through to settlement
- Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing
- Monitor and report back on channel activities and feedback
Specific requirements:
- You will have experience in managing channel partners within the Sydney off-the-plan space
- Demonstrated track-record of achieving sales results
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration or License
- Must have Salesforce or Property Base experience
- Market-leading developer with stellar reputation
