The Role

As Room Leader, you'll take the reins of your own room — planning and delivering inspiring, play-based programs under the EYLF, mentoring a small team of educators, and building genuine, trusting relationships with children and families. You'll have real autonomy to bring your ideas to life, backed by a supportive Centre Manager and a team who love what they do.

What You’ll Bring





- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis certificates
- Confident understanding of the EYLF and NQF
- Current Child Protection training, or willingness to obtain
- Sound knowledge of child protection legislation and mandatory reporting obligations
- Natural leadership skills and a genuine love for mentoring others
- A warm, professional approach with children, families, and colleagues alike
