YHA Sydney Central

YHA Sydney Central is located the heart of the city centre and close to all the action. This award-winning hostel, with indoor pool offers guests panoramic views of the city from the rooftop outdoor area. YHA Sydney Central offers shared dormitory accommodation as well as private rooms. The property has two commercial kitchens, spacious dining rooms, an underground bar, cinema room, cafe and lounge areas and a guest laundry.

About the role





Our housekeeping staff plays a crucial role in maintaining the property's cleanliness and upholding the high standards expected of YHA properties.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in housekeeping or as a Housekeeper, Room Attendant, or in commercial cleaning (ideal but not essential).

Willingness to work as part of a fun, busy team.

Flexible availability for a 24/7 roster, Monday to Friday shifts as well as some weekend and night shifts available (This is a part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
