Four Seasons Dining is an exciting new Chinese restaurant opening in mid August 2026 within Ramsgate RSL.

Designed as a premium dining destination, Four Seasons Dining will feature a newly renovated restaurant, modern furnishings, a refreshed bar offering, and an extensive menu focused on authentic, high-quality Chinese cuisine. Built around exceptional food, warm hospitality, and memorable guest experiences, Four Seasons Dining is set to become one of the area's leading dining destinations.

As a member of the Four Seasons Dining team, you will be part of a dedicated restaurant operation with its own identity, culture, and customer experience standards. While located within Ramsgate RSL, Four Seasons Dining is focused on delivering an elevated restaurant experience, supported by the strong service culture for which Ramsgate RSL is renowned.

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional hospitality team members to join our opening team and help establish Four Seasons Dining as a destination restaurant from day one.

The Role

As a Wait Staff team member at Four Seasons Dining, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring guests' needs are attended to throughout their visit
- Delivering food and providing professional table service
- At times,



assisting with drink orders and beverage service during busy periods
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dining environment
- Responding to guest enquiries and resolving complaints professionally
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Performing other reasonable duties as directed by Management

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience working within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Works well under pressure during busy service periods
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Has strong problem-solving skills and can think on their feet
- Maintains a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Has availability to work lunch, dinner, weekends, and peak trading periods
- Is available to work key hospitality periods including Father's Day, Mother's Day, selected public holidays, and other major trading events as required
- Holds current working rights in Australia
- Holds or can obtain a Food Safety Handler Certificate (free and online)
