The Opportunity

We are excited to announce the opening of our new Penrith store, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead this new chapter.

This is a unique opportunity to rebuild, shape, and lead a high-performing team at our Penrith location, setting the standard for customer experience and store success.

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your Role

- Take ownership of the store’s success
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a strong and motivated team
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and trust
- Drive sales performance and exceed targetsOversee all operational and administrative functions
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Lead by example and foster a positive, high-energy team culture

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop teams
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets
- The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced retail environment
- Jewellery experience is not essential; we provide on floor training.
