What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will take full control of our service division and scale it.

- Lead and grow a team of 20+ service plumbers

- Drive daily KPI performance across:

- Sold hours

- Job profitability

- Average ticket

- Callback rate

- Customer satisfaction

- Review performance daily and take immediate action

- Work closely with dispatch and leadership

- Step into complex jobs and lead by example

- Train and develop technicians into top performers

- Enforce systems, processes, and accountability

- Ensure all work meets Australian Standards

What Success Looks Like

- KPIs consistently hit or exceeded

- Strong revenue per tech per day

- Callback rate under 3%

- Consistent 5-star feedback

- Systems that are tight and scalable

Who You Must Be

Minimum Requirements

- NSW Plumbing Licence (Drainage, Gas, LP Gas preferred)

- 10+ years residential maintenance experience

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Proven experience quoting and selling

- Leadership experience

- Strong communication skills

- NSW Driver’s Licence
