Forge Solutions in Australia is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the national bid function, owning strategy, pipeline management and submission delivery across Disaster Management, Energy and Modular Construction.

This leadership role focuses on shaping how the business wins work, not writing bids, with ownership of tender pipeline and guidance to bid and estimating teams.

You'll partner with senior leaders to drive growth and improve win rates across Forge's expanding service lines.
