THE OPPORTUNITY
We provide cutting‑edge learning and development programs and an opportunity to work alongside some of the best legal minds around. The clerkship is a 4‑week program during the following periods:
- Summer Intake:
November – December 2026
- Winter Intake: June – July 2027
As a seasonal clerk, you will experience a varied role both in and outside the office. You will work in a creative, energetic environment with top legal professionals, gaining first‑hand experience in real legal work.
The clerkship begins with a two‑day national induction program in the Brisbane office. This introduction will include sessions with senior leaders, professional skills training, networking events and responsible business activities.
All 2026/27 seasonal clerks will automatically be assessed for a 2028 Graduate position. Joining us as a clerk is the best pathway to a graduate role with DLA Piper.
