Ingenia Communities Group is looking for a Casual Guest Experience Officer at the Ulladulla Holidays site. The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, providing information on the park and local attractions, and ensuring a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities include upselling Ingenia Holidays' destinations and coordinating holiday activities. Candidates should be passionate about customer service and have a willingness to learn, along with a valid Working with Children Check and current driver's license.
