The Role

As a Manufacturing Coordinator / Section Leader, you will:

- Oversee daily manufacturing activities
- Manage inventory control
- Ensure quality and safety compliance
- Lead and motivate the production team

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage production schedules
- Monitor production KPIs
- Report to the General Manager

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing
- Leadership and team management experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Valid driver’s licence; forklift licence preferred
