Your New Role
Reporting to the Principal, Investment Operations, the Team Coordinator plays a key role in enabling the effective and efficient operation of the CIO Office. Supporting the Deputy CIO and CIO Office senior leaders, this role provides high‑quality administrative and coordination support across the Investments Domain. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, investment teams and fellow coordinators to support governance processes, meetings, initiatives and day‑to‑day operations, while helping drive consistency and continuous improvement across administrative practices.
In this role, you'll:
- Provide end‑to‑end administrative support to the Deputy CIO and CIO Office senior leaders, including diary management, travel coordination and expense reconciliation
- Coordinate meetings, committees and events, including preparation of agendas, minutes, presentations and Board papers
- Support the smooth running of the CIO Office through management of records, CRM updates, filing systems and correspondence
- Assist with onboarding of new colleagues and support team activities, projects and initiatives as required
- Build strong relationships across Investments and Fund‑wide stakeholders to enable effective collaboration and information sharing
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardise administrative processes, working closely with the Investments administration team and Team Coordinator network
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in an administrative, team coordination or executive support role within a complex organisation
- Demonstrated ability to support senior leaders, manage competing priorities and work autonomously with discretion and judgement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, including experience managing confidential and sensitive information
- Experience maintaining office processes, systems, records and documentation
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure
