- Experience in administration, coordination, or customer service
- Previousexperiencemakinginbound and outbound calls to customers
- Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal
- Highattention to detailand accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritieseffectively.
- Confidence handling customer queries and resolving issuescollaboratively.
- Confidence using computers and systems to manage information andworkflows.
