We are partnering with a thriving distribution centre in Tuggerah to find a proactive Facilities Supervisor. Reporting directly to the DC Manager, you won't just be fixing problems-you will be the driving force behind long-term asset management, site safety, and continuous operational improvement. In this role, you will:

- Design and execute lifecycle management plans and budget forecasts for capital equipment
- Schedule and oversee maintenance routines to ensure cost-effective, uninterrupted daily operations
- Act as the primary technical lead, managing external contractors and negotiating supplier agreements
- Monitor equipment performance to rapidly identify faults and deploy corrective measures
- Champion WH&S; on-site, conduct routine inspections, and ensure strict adherence to Australian Standards




- Drive forward-thinking initiatives to improve the environmental footprint and efficiency of site assets

To be successful, you will bring:

- A formal Trade Qualification (Electrical or Mechanical) which is highly regarded, while tertiary qualifications are a bonus but not as important as proven on-the-job experience
- Proven experience managing budgets, optimising resources, and confidently dealing with external vendors
- The ability to solve problems on the fly and communicate effectively with everyone from warehouse staff to senior management
