Corroboree Talent is assisting a Federal Government organisation in Canberra with a 12-month, non-ongoing chance for a Manager, Workplace Relations (EL1). The role focuses on enterprise bargaining, workplace relations strategy and complex employee relations matters, reporting to senior leaders.
You will lead enterprise bargaining initiatives, provide strategic advice on employee relations and industrial matters, and develop workplace policies in line with APS legislation.
