Victoria Point Sharks Sporting Club is looking for a motivated and experienced Chef to beinvolved in the growth of our restaurant- ZEST@TheSharks.

You will be preparing, cooking and presenting meals from our a La Carte Menu, and additionally for Functions and Events.

Your Role

Maintain the highest of standards of food quality, consistency and presentation

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise with FOH and other chefs

Highly organised and able to work within a fast paced environment

Have a professional approach and the ability to be level headed under pressure

Genuine flair for food, with a passion to motivate a close knit team

Chef qualification and experience in a fast paced environment essential
