The Role –
- Roster: 14 days on / 7 days off
- Shifts of 8–12 hours
- If you live more than 1 hour from Tarcutta, you must reside on camp for the duration of your swing — camp accommodation and meals are fully provided
- A company vehicle is provided
- Candidates must be willing to undergo a drug and alcohol test prior to employment

The Opportunity
We're hiring for multiple roles across new and ongoing projects:
- Traffic Controllers (TCR)
Flexible start dates and long-term job security available.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage traffic flow at worksites and events
- Operate Stop/Slow bats to direct vehicles and pedestrians
- Set up, monitor,
and remove traffic control plans
- Perform vehicle checks and equipment loading/unloading
- Complete safety paperwork and hazard assessments
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain safe and compliant work zones
- Follow directions from team leaders and site supervisors
What You'll Bring
- Traffic Control Work Training (TCWT) Card – TCR & IMP
- Construction White Card (OH&S;)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Flexibility to work a 14 days on / 7 days off roster, including days, nights, and weekends
- Willingness to live on camp if residing more than 1 hour from Tarcutta
- A safety-first attitude and great communication
- Ability to work well solo or in a team
- Full Australian working rights
- Prior experience is a bonus – but not essential!
