What does the job look like?

We''re looking for a commercially minded and adaptable LBS Support Analyst to join a 12-month fixed-term project supporting the rollout, stabilisation and ongoing operation of our Logistics Billing Solution (LBS) across Transport and Warehousing operations. Reporting to the Product Manager – Blue Yonder, you''ll play a key role in monitoring billing processes, resolving issues, supporting business users, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. Working closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations and Technology teams, you''ll help protect revenue and support the successful transition of LBS into a stable BAU setting.

This role is onsite based out of our HQ in Essendon Fields (VIC)

Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Providing day-to-day support for the LBS (Blue Yonder Billing Manager) across multiple business units and customers.
- Monitoring billing runs, invoice generation, and batch processing to ensure successful billing execution.
- Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies, incidents, defects, and data integrity issues.
- Performing billing validation activities, including charge validation, rate application checks, and reconciliation support.
- Supporting the onboarding and stabilisation of new customers, businesses, and billing flows.
- Acting as the primary support contact for stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Working collaboratively with integration, product, support,



and technical teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining operational support processes, monitoring system health, and ensuring billing outcomes remain accurate and reliable.

We''re looking for someone who brings a robust understanding of finance, commercial operations, billing, invoicing, or revenue processes rather than a purely technical IT background. If you''ve supported finance systems, worked within logistics or supply chain environments, and enjoy solving problems while partnering with stakeholders, we''d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

- A Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting invoicing, billing, finance or commercial operations.
- Exposure to logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain environments.
- Experience setting up new customers, businesses, billing structures or operational processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with Finance, Commercial and Operations teams.
- Experience using enterprise systems such as SAP ECC, SAP TM, Blue Yonder or similar ERP platforms.
- The ability to analyse problems, identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
- A willingness to learn new systems and processes, with the ability to quickly build expertise in a specialist billing platform.
