The children are ages 6 weeks to 5yrs with an approved Kindergarten also.

Your Role

You will be an inspiring Educator who is willing to work and support yourfellow team members to createwarm and inclusive environments for children.

You will have a strong desire to build trusting and nurturing relationships with the educators and children, able to build collaborative, professional relationships with families and communities.

We recognize we are nothing without our team; they are our most precious and valuable resource. You will be able (and be expected) to practice at the highest level with opportunities for further training and professional development.

What You Need

Certificate 3 Qualificationor Diploma of Early Childhood and Education

A nurturing, professional attitude

In-depth understanding of current legislation, NQS requirements, EYLF and current pedagogy that influences practice necessary.

Blue Card (Paid)

Safe Sleeping, Child Protection, and Food Safety certifications (or willingness to complete during induction)

About Our Centre

Una Albany Creek is an Exceeding Service, it has 9 classrooms including 2 Kindergarten rooms, providing care for 114 children. With excellent facilities, natural outdoor environments, and fresh meals prepared daily by our in-house chef, we create enriching environments for both children and educators.

Our approach aligns with our guiding principles, ensuring that children experience nature, lead their own learning journey, and embrace diversity in a caring and wild-at-heart environment.
