First National Commercial has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Leasing Agent to join our team in our up-to-date West End offices . As a key member of our real estate agency, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our commercial clients through successful lease negotiations.This full-time position offers a dynamic and rewarding career path within the commercial real estate industry

Working closely with our Lead Agents, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of commercial property campaigns, client communications, and administrative processes. The Daily grind includes

Actively prospecting for new leasing and sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, relationship building, and database mining

Conducting property inspections, preparing detailed marketing materials, and presenting properties to prospective tenants and buyers

Negotiating favorable lease terms and sales contracts that meet the needs of both clients and buyers/tenants

Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for repeat business

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients

Staying up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practices

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales and leasing targets

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in real estate leasing and/or sales, with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience

Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills,



with the ability to handle complex transactions

Excellent knowledge of the commercial property market and current industry trends

Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Proficiency in using real estate software and technology to support your work

Experience with CRM systems is required

Must hold a valid QLD Sales License prior to commencement

Australian work authorization is required for this position
