Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers/Factory Cleaners to join the team at a well-established food manufacturing facility based in Burleigh Heads.
No prior experience is required, as full training is provided onsite. This is a great opportunity to enter the workforce or expand your skillset within a reputable company operating across Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role:
Working in a food manufacturing environment
Fast-paced production line work
Ensuring product quality standards are met
Factory cleaning and sanitation
Forklift operation (for licensed candidates)
Versatile roster with Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts available
Shifts across Monday to Sunday
Onsite training provided by industry leaders
Easily accessible via public transport
What We're Looking For:
Availability to work across a 24/7 operation
Ability to work in a fast-paced,
physical workplace
Strong teamwork and ability to work independently
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow instructions and procedures
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Forklift licence and experience (highly regarded but not essential)
