Key responsibilities for the CEO include leading the development and implementation of the strategy in partnership with the board, providing inspirational leadership to a large team of staff and volunteers, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability through diversified revenue growth and effective resource management.The ideal CEO for the company will have a proven track record in executive leadership,
with experience in the not-for-profit, government, or commercial sectors. They must possess the emotional intelligence and gravitas to lead a complex organization and be adept at building trusted relationships with various stakeholders.
