Your Westpac Journey

When you start

You'll join Westpac as a permanent employee in February 2027, giving you the confidence and security to focus on your growth from day one.

Throughout your program

Your graduate experience will vary depending on the business area you join, with programs ranging from 12 to 24 months and including structured rotations, specialist experiences, and exposure to different teams and projects across the organisation.

You'll receive:

Program Eligibility

We welcome applications from final-year students and graduates (within the past three years) from all degree disciplines. Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand Citizens, or Australian Permanent Residents.
