We're looking for an QLD North Area Manager who matches that energy: someone who leads with conviction, develops people with purpose, and treats performance like an art form.

The Role

This is not a desk job. As our QLD North Area Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a portfolio of high-energy stores - coaching Store Leaders, owning commercial outcomes, and ensuring every customer experience is on-brand and unforgettable.

You'll own:

- People - Recruit, develop, and inspire Store Managers and Piercers who are obsessed with their craft
- Performance - Sales, KPIs, shrinkage, presentation - you hold the standard, you set the pace
- Operations - Safety, compliance, and customer experience delivered without compromise
- Growth - Onboard recent talent,



build future leaders, and partner with HQ on the Sunshine Coast to bring national strategy to life at the local level
