About the role:
You will be involved in all aspects of our customer's journey using high-tech pre-testing equipment. You'll work to healthcare guidelines (as well as our own high standards), give good explicit advice and provide a great experience at every opportunity which exceed our customers’ expectations.
To secure this role you will ideally have previous experience within an clinical setting or in a fast paced retail or hospitality industry. You will have fantastic organisation and communication skills, able to work effectively in a team, and thrive on working at a fast pace.
This is a full time role (including at least one weekend day). We will consider flexible working arrangements including a 9-day fortnight.
There are roles available at our Chatswood stores on Victoria Ave and Chatswood Chase shopping centre. Both are located within a 10min walk from the Chatswood transport hub (train, metro and bus). There is also nearby all-day street parking and staff parking rates available at Chatswood Chase.
Skills and experience:
The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and will possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in the optical and/or clinical industry, or in a fast paced retail or hospitality industry
A self-starter with a sense of humour who enjoys variety and a busy environment
Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
The ability to build Genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers
Technologically savvy and able to pick systems up quickly
Mandarin/Cantonese speakers strongly encouraged to apply
