Archie Rose Distilling Co. was founded in Rosebery, Sydney in 2014 to re-ignite and lead Australia’s rich history in distilling, driven by four values including innovation, quality, authenticity and education. Now proudly one of Australia’s most highly awarded and fastest-growing distilleries, we produce a diverse range of whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, as well as one-off collaborations, events and spirits experiences.
We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Supply Chain Manager to join our team. To be successful in this role, the applicant will be a driven and committed professional with at least five years’ experience in procurement, logistics and/or supply chain. This is a newly created role in which a team player can have an immediate impact and drive value.

Supply Chain Manager - Monday to Friday
You will be responsible for:
- Manage and provide leadership for the procurement, warehousing and dispatch functions
- Driving supply chain efficiency by managing day-to-day warehousing, freight networks, and import/export logistics
- Leveraging data and reporting to provide meaningful cost reduction while optimising supply chain performance
- Driving value and vendor performance by owning the end-to‑end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and supplier negotiations to contract management.
- Management of procurement budget driving cost saving through reconciliation of forecasted and actual procurement expenditure
- Safeguarding our supply chain by actively identifying risks and rapidly resolving disruptions before they impact the business
- Inspiring, mentoring, and cultivating a high-performing team across the supply chain, procurement, and warehousing functions.
- Meet regulatory compliance for ATO and HACCP obligations.
You will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience resulting in a detailed knowledge of freight, procurement and supply chain
- A data led approach to leadership with strong skills utilising spreadsheets
- Robust analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding strategic planning skills
- Experience with manufacturing (highly regarded but not essential)
