Amora Hotels and Resorts is a premium hospitality group with seven properties across Australia and Thailand—and exciting plans to expand. Amora Brisbane is our newest hotel, featuring 296 stylish rooms, 11 function spaces, and four dynamic food and beverage outlets.

The Opportunity

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the daily operations of:

Lobby Bar – Classic cocktails, coffees & casual dining

In-Room Dining – 24-hour room service

Conferences & Events – Spaces for up to 280 guests

You’ll lead shifts, support the team, and ensure every guest receives a seamless and memorable experience. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll help maintain high service standards while fostering a positive, team-first culture.

This is a full‑time role, typically 38–45 hours per week, paid at $29.88/hour, with penalty rates for weekends,



public holidays, and overtime. You’ll be paid for every hour worked, with expected earnings of $74K–$82K p.a.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (ideally in a 4- or 5-star hotel)

Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations

Confidence managing service and leading a team

Availability across a rotating 7-day roster (between 6am and 11pm)

A hands‑on approach and a passion for delivering excellent service
