We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic Assistant Store Manager to lead our Brisbane DFO Outlet store. As a Store Manager, you'll work to maintain City Beach's position as one of Australia's leading fashion retailers by delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing a high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:

- Be accountable for all aspects of store operations including managing and leading the store team, ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers
- Enforce the customer centric nature of City Beach by providing a superior people experience through a supportive and developmentally focused workplace
- Manage and monitor performance to ensure your team delivers results and performance objectives to Company Standards




- Controlling rostering and wage management
- Managing the movement of stock to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales, filling and tidying the shop floor and getting store set up for promotions and sales
- Have ultimate oversight and accountability for the people within your team

What we are looking for:

- Experience in rostering and wage control
- Ability to effectively lead and develop a team
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Previous experience in stocktake
- An understanding of visual merchandising techniques
