What You’ll Do

Deliver Great Customer Experience

- Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service
- Share product knowledge and introduce new collections
- Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling

Maintain Store Standards

- Replenish stock and maintain strong visual merchandising
- Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready
- Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy

Support Daily Store Operations

- Process transactions accurately through POS
- Follow store procedures and loss prevention measures
- Support product launches and peak trading periods

Who You Are

- We’re looking for people who are:
- Confident and customer-focused communicators
- Passionate about retail, pop culture or collectibles
- Energised by fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Reliable,



positive and able to stay composed during busy periods
- Quick learners with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Mandarin/Chinese highly regarded)

Availability Requirements (Important)

- Flexible availability (must be available at least one weekend day, and one of the late-night trades on Thursday or Friday)
- Typical rosters include weekends and late shifts
- Able to work shopping centre hours
- Open availability during peak season November to January each year

Important Dates - New Store opening

Successful candidates will need to be fully available to support the set up and grand opening of our new store:

- Grand opening 24th July
- Set up period from 20th July
