The Role:

We are looking for a customer service superstar to join our team as a Service Advisor at our multi-franchise dealership in Bowen Hills. This role has the ability to progress to assistant manager and would be suited to candidates who are ambiuotious to develop and are looking for the next step in their career.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing an outstanding customer experience
- Greetingguests on arrival at the dealership's service department;
- Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer
- Keeping customersup to dateon the servicing of their vehicle;
- Liaising with team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time




- Obtaining accurate pricing and preparing invoices
- Handlingcomplaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution;

Selection Criteria

- Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service
- Team player with can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Good computer literacy with experience using CRM systems desired
- Current Drivers Licence
