What are you responsible for?

Supporting the Store Manager to deliver strong store performance and achieve sales and KPI targets

Leading, coaching, and developing your team to unlock their full potential

Creating memorable customer moments that keep people coming back

Managing rosters, labour, and daily operations to keep the store running smoothly

Maintaining high standards across product quality, food safety, and store presentation

Building a positive, inclusive,



and high‑performing team culture
