Hankook Tyre Australia is seeking a skilled and dedicated Call Centre & Customer Service professional to join our team in Macquarie Park, NSW. This is a full-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to be the voice of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. In this role, you will be integral to maintaining and enhancing Hankook Tyre Australia's reputation for outstanding customer support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide product information with professionalism and expertise. This position is based on-site at our Macquarie Park office, where you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to customer excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Answer and manage inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Process customer inquiries related to tyre products, services, and warranty information
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Handle outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and customer retention initiatives
- Support sales and marketing campaigns as required
- Meet performance targets including call quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling times
- Contribute to a positive team environment and share best practices with colleagues

- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills,
