Full Time Machine Operator - Afternoon Shift Positions

Plastic Film Manufacturing

Location: Pendle Hill, NSW

We're a plastic film manufacturer producing industrial builders' film, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on machine operator to join our team.

This is physical, fast-paced, and repetitive work - ideal for someone who is dependable, switched on, and looking for a long-term prospect with room to grow. You'll be working as part of a small, focused team, but also expected to operate autonomously when required.

What You'll Do:

- Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Conduct visual quality checks on finished product
- Record production data and report any issues
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Contribute to process improvements and continuous development where possible
- Afternoon shift hours from 3pm - 11pm

What We're Looking For:

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude




- Experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful, but not essential - full training is provided
- Physically fit - able to stand, lift, and complete repetitive tasks during the shift
- A safety-conscious mindset - you follow procedures and look out for your team
- Good time management skills - able to prioritise tasks and stay on top of production requirements
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable and ready to work across shifts, including overtime or weekends if needed
- Someone looking to grow with the business and take on more responsibility over time
- A forklift licence is a bonus, but not essential
- Must have Australian work rights
