This role is for a retail store manager or a restaurant manager ready to bring their floor leadership into a new industry. The instincts that make you brilliant in retail or hospitality – running a busy team, holding the bar, treating every customer interaction like it matters – are exactly the instincts this role needs. Warehouse-specific tools (WMS, freight, dispatch) can be taught. The leadership and customer-love instinct cannot.
The tone of the floor is set by you, every day, in person. You’ll partner closely with our Logistics team and with our Customer Love, Product, and broader operations teams. This is a role for a leader, not a supervisor
